Completed Sport Climbing Basic Course (Indoor and Outdoor)
Confident in lead climbing, and safe belaying technique
Minimum ability: confident in climbing difficulty level of 6a (indoor)

Day 1: Arrival at the meeting point in Bellinzona (Ticino) where we take the rental car to a nearby climbing garden. We climb half a day in Ticino, so we don't lose a climbing day. After the first pump in the arms, we drive towards Finale on the Ligurian coast. We plan to arrive in Finale for dinner time.
Days 2-6: together with your climbing instructor, you will visit and climb the best areas of Finale. During the week, we will deal with various topics, including fall training on the rock, rope techniques, route planning, nutrition when climbing and much more. Of course, cozy but stimulating atmosphere will await you. The focus is on climbing, and feeling the rocks of Finale.
Day 7: after a last good Italian coffee, cappuccino and cornetto, and a last dip in the sea, we drive north to the Alps and say goodbye to Finale

Hotel Derby Finale
The Hotel Derby has been run directly by the Pampararo family since 1962.
It is strategically located in Finale Marina, about 500 meters from the beach and a few minutes walk from the famous historic center of Finalborgo.

Drinks, snacks and dinner are not included in the price. However, there are many alternatives for lunch and dinner on site. There are numerous good restaurants.

Varied workshops:
Take part in specialized workshops helping you refine your climbing technique. Topics could include clean climbing, special routes and safety techniques.Via Ferrata*: The Via Ferrata degli Artisti is easily accessible by car from Finale Ligure. The via ferrata is of medium technical difficulty and offers breathtaking views: the Ligurian Sea on one side, and the Maritime Alps on the other. In addition, some exposed sections and the 40-metre-high Tibetan bridge provide a good dose of adrenaline.
